Whiskey’s History:

Born Birkline’s Mr. Beast aka “Whiskey” Landry, he was raised at The Kennel Birkline and adopted out to a teen who loved him very much and did well by him. She maintained his medical care and ensured he felt loved and protected. But as her life unfolded, she was unable to keep her independent status, and when she moved back in with her parents, they did not allow the dog to join her, so she had to make the impossible choice to return him.

Whiskey is great with dogs of all sizes and seems to hold peace as a high priority. He’s a delight to be around and would love a family for his second birthday. He is nearly three years old, which means he has completed puberty and is settling down.

Whiskey’s Personality:

Whiskey is a fairly typical Doberman. His personality is affectionate and persistently Velcro, seeming to strive to be a mink shaw so he can live draped over his person’s shoulder while on a chair or couch. He is inquisitive and intelligent, always asking if he can be involved in whatever his person is doing. At just turning age 2, he is remarkably calm.

He loves people and is great with both men and women.
